Integration walkthrough
Every new deployment includes a guided walkthrough of the WMS connection and robot adapter configuration. We don't hand you documentation and leave you to it.
Task state visibility
The dashboard shows live task graph state for every active ops request: which tasks are running, which are queued, and which robots are assigned. Block events and replan events appear in the event feed in real time.
Run history and reporting
Completed task graphs are retained with full execution history. Export run data for cycle-time analysis or use the reporting endpoints to pull metrics into your existing BI tools.

Questions about pricing and access
Yes. Tier upgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrading from Operations to Pilot requires a 30-day notice and is subject to capacity constraints at the time of change.
The limit applies to actively managed robots: those registered in the system and available for task assignment. Robots that are offline or in maintenance mode do not count against the limit while in that state.
Onboarding typically runs over 2-3 weeks. Week one covers the WMS connection and a review of your floor layout. Week two is robot adapter configuration and a limited-scope test run on a single zone. Week three is full-floor go-live with your team present.
Yes, with an Operations or Fleet tier. The task graph layer handles robot type constraints at compile time, so mixed fleets receive correctly-typed assignments. Each vendor adapter runs independently at the coordinator layer.
We don't offer a self-serve free trial. Instead, we run a structured pilot with a small number of teams at a time. The pilot includes integration support and a real-floor test run. Apply via the Request Access form to join the queue.
