Engine 1

Task compilation: ops request to executable graph

An ops request like "move batch A47 from bay 3 to dock 7" carries implicit structure. Stateful Robotics decomposes it into a directed task graph with robot-type constraints, dependency edges, and preconditions before the first robot moves.

Each compiled graph is held in working state. The system tracks which tasks have executed, which are running, and which are blocked, giving the replanning engine full context when conditions change mid-run.

Engine 2

Replanning engine: mid-run reroute without a halt

When a lane blocks, Stateful Robotics identifies which tasks in the running graph are affected, computes bypass routes, and emits updated assignments. Tasks that don't depend on the blocked segment keep executing without interruption.

The replanning engine operates against the live task state, not a static floor map. Because the system holds task history, it knows which prior steps constrain the replan, and can produce the minimum-disruption update rather than restarting the sequence.

Engine 3

Fleet coordination: concurrent task assignment across your floor

Stateful Robotics assigns tasks across the fleet graph rather than issuing one command at a time. Each robot is matched to tasks that fit its type, current position, and the task's dependency state, so the floor works in parallel from the start.

Conflict detection runs before assignment. The system checks path intersections and resource contention across the planned task set before any robot moves, surfacing conflicts at compilation time rather than at execution time.

We work with a small number of warehouse and 3PL teams at a time. Integration support and onboarding are included in the pilot programme.
